And are there any other hosting services other than the above 2?
The first one is very pricy and the second one from what I understand is a one time hosting service. If we have our own infrastructure is it better to go with 2nd one if there isnt any other hosting services?

Oltre al fatto che trovo di cattivo gusto e ridicolo paragonare una situazione commerciale a un tale crimine, implicherebbe che i clienti non possono lasciare il nostro hosting, e invece possono: è possibile scaricare un backup e cambiare il proprio DNS e host altrove in qualsiasi momento si desideri.
Quando un plugin non è nell’elenco dei plugin installabili, contattaci e facci sapere quale plugin desideri installare. Lo esamineremo e, quando sarà stabile e rientrerà nei limiti del tuo piano, lo installeremo entro 12 ore.
Non ti consentiamo di installare i plugin da solo perché offriamo un hosting gestito in cui impediamo al tuo forum di bloccarsi o di andare offline. Se consentiamo ai nostri clienti di avere accesso SSH e/o di installare plugin che non conosciamo, non possiamo assumerci tale responsabilità.

No, ci sono 12 plugin (corretti) nel piano starter.
Sul piano Professional, puoi installare 5 plugin aggiuntivi a tua scelta realizzati da Communiteq, Discourse o Pavilion. Sul piano Business ottieni fino a 10 plugin realizzati da chiunque (purché siano scritti bene). Se ne desideri di più, contattaci e discuteremo le tue esigenze.
Oh, davvero? È molto bello. Anche 8 plugin possono fare il lavoro nel piano base.
