First line is fatal: not a git repository (or any parent up to mount point /) , which means you somehow broke the git repository that is at the folder /var/discourse when a user follows the official install guide.
You need to fix that. The way it’s broken means you are lacking updates, and then stuff that is assumed to be there isn’t and it all breaks down.
