Discourse Translator plugin is not showing for non-logged in users

Is Discourse Translator only works for logged in users? I can’t see the translate icon for non-logged in users. It’s only showing for logged in. I am currently logged in as Admin and its showing for me but not for non-logged in.

I have the same problem, any news @Brajmohan_Kumar ?
Also @tgxworld Is this a known problem?

FYI, I use google translator

We’ve never allowed anonymous users to translate since translation comes at a cost.
