Hey folks i have installed discourse on ubuntu 18.04 server with out docker but in the mean time i need to upgrade the plugins , if any one could help i did use the following steps but seems doesn’t work , [Screenshot 2021-08-10 at 21.02.33]

Sorry, but we don’t support docker-less installs here. What I can recommend is re-installing it following How to install Discourse in production.
