Displaying the forum name

I want to display our forum name to the right of the square company logo that appears at the top left.

Other sites do this, including this Meta forum (with the Discourse name shown at the top).

How?

I’m hoping for an answer that uses CSS customisation, rather than a plug-in.

Discourse allows you to set two different urls for logos one big and one small.

The big logo here on meta is this:

And the small logo is this:

Notice that the text or site name is actually a part of the large logo image.
