Do User Plugins exist?

First, I want to apologize if this is in the wrong category or if this has already been answered. I tried searching to see if this was answered, but I couldn’t find one. I’m kind of new to Discourse, so I’m sorry if this is an unintelligible question  .

Anyway, I’m wondering if a feature exists where Discourse Users (not admins), but users of a Discourse Forum could add plugins for themselves instead of having the Admins of the Forum implement them Forum-wide.

In other words, does a feature exist where the users of a Discourse Forum can add plugins that only apply to themselves, and not apply to the entire Forum?

No, a user can’t do anything with plugins. It’s possible a plugin can create a user-level setting, but it would have to be installed by an admin.
