Does anyone know the name of this theme complement? It is used to put an image of the main group that is joined by that person
The only image I see in your screenshot is the avatar next to the name and username. In your green circle I can see the date when the post was written and the blue indicator that you haven’t read that post before.
Those are all core features. Which part exactly is your question about?

Maybe use a picture editor to make a better mockup. As your descriptions are not very clear.
Like are you just looking to say have a group flair/pic in the far right?

yea that’s clearly something added by that particular forum, either with a plugin or a theme component. maybe ask the admins on that forum?
