Hello, I would like to allow only users with a certain level of trust to download files. Is there a way to do this?
Or there could be a prerequisite such as having at least 2 comments.

Simple answer - no.
If a user can view a file, they can download it unless they’re an anonymous user. If you wish to prevent users that are not logged in from downloading attachments, toggle the following setting:
prevent anons from downloading files Prevent anonymous users from downloading attachments.
Alternatively, you may wish to set up a category for users who are of a certain trust level and share the attachments there. You can do so by:
- Restricting it to a certain t.l. (‘Security’ → ‘Group’ → ‘Add a group’)
If you want to change t.l. prerequisites, you can do so in Settings → Trust Levels → applicable changes to settings.

Thank you for the information.
I’m already doing it this way, but there are too many people who sign up just to download files. I want to prevent this.
