(+) drop-down only works in full-screen posting on Firefox

Something Changed™️ on Discourse and now Firefox doesn’t show the drop-down from the (+) menu unless you’re in full screen.

It seems to work fine here on meta.discourse.org, but not on QT3:

I guess it’s the theme? Though Tom is using dark and I use light, but perhaps we’re using the same basic theme?

You can try safe mode. They probably have a theme component that’s broken.
