I currently have no steps to reproduce it. But I noticed at least 3 times that the related topics tab was shown twice.

Yikes … @CvX any chance this is related to topic list refactoring?
Reproducing this kind of stuff is hard, but some things to try is navigating from 1 topic to another topic directly, cause in that case we do not tear down the entire control.
