Emails automatically generated from the forum are not working. Any ideas?

I’m asking for our forum moderator, she gave me this:

(there has been more than that, that’s just what the current cycle is showing)

The problem is I can’t log in and reset my password unless the moderator let’s me use her. Is there any advice I can give her?

But first I would see if the credit card at the mail service is working. Then check dns.
