Je pense qu’il serait bon de discuter de la traduction de « Two-Factor Authentication » maintenant qu’elle est en version bêta fonctionnelle.

« Vérification » ? « Identification » ? « Authentification » ? « Authentification » ?

« en deux étapes » ? « en deux facteurs » ? « de deux facteurs » ? « à double facteur » ?

Voici comment certaines entreprises traduisent ce concept :

  • Google: Verificación en dos pasos (Vérification en deux étapes)
  • Amazon.es: Verificación en dos pasos (Vérification en deux étapes)
  • Whatsapp: Verificación en dos pasos (Vérification en deux étapes)
  • Telegram: Verificación en dos pasos (Vérification en deux étapes)
  • Apple: Autenticación de doble factor (Authentification à double facteur)

Apparemment, le terme le plus répandu (au moins en Espagne) est « Verificación en dos pasos » (Vérification en deux étapes).

Voyons ce que cela donne, car c’est quelque chose de très important et cela ne doit pas être mal traduit, car j’aimerais avoir la plus grande adoption possible sur mes sites.
