Exclude topic from AdSense

It’s not just words, I’m sure they do AI on images as well. Going forward we have implemented some robust review processes to catch these posts and we’ll introduce some new community policies around this as well. Only a very low percentage of our posts (hundreds on a total of abour 400k) caused this situation, so let that be a warning to other community managers who depend on AdSense.

Neil’s recent work really helped here as this allowed us to let moderators and TL3+ members to help with the tagging

It would seem to me that you could have it be a community norm to tag stuff appropriately. But that’s because I’m lazy.

Yes that is what we’ll do. But since so much depends on this we need to be very careful and add a layer of moderation/review a well.

Your community must want the forums to succeed, so seeing a “no-ads” or “demonetized” tag on topics can be a reminder that they’re potentially harming themselves.

But you’re right that using hidden tags for this is useful.

@bartv I made a fix that will allow hidden tags to work.
