In many cases, we know right away when we see spam posts that they are spam and should be deleted, and the spammer should be deleted. But it’s a few clicks away to get that task done. It would save so much time to have access to a 
button on the post menu that does the same thing as selecting 'It’s Spam" and the DELETE SPAMMER button on the flag popup. Select it and the confirmation popup appears, agree with that and the user and post are gone.
