It was removed from the “plus” menu in the composer toolbar, it was already present in the actions menu that exists in the top-left of the composer and it’s still available there.

The preview of the new post / preview displayed on the right is no longer shown.
You’re seeing the new Rich editor by default, you can still toggle to the Markdown mode using the toggle shown as the first toolbar item.
The rich editor doesn’t need a preview as the content you see there is intended to visually match the posted content.

We recently rolled out our new rich text composer , which makes writing on Discourse more approachable for folks without Markdown experience and easier with a single pane “what you see is what you get” experience.
This new composer mode is now available in all communities through a toggle in the composer, which lets members switch as needed between this new rich text mode and our classic Markdown-mode.
