Filter out and exclude blocks of published post

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a quick way in the WP Discourse plugin to filter out and exclude blocks or whole sections (maybe based in ID) from the post being sent to the forum.
If that is not possible, would be nice at least to exclude a specific shortcode, like [ninja_form] which is being used on the blog post.
