Fix the voice-recording plugin

I have a modified version of this plugin: Voice recording plugin

It works only in Chrome and doesn’t work in other browsers with different errors.

I need to fix it for all browsers and devices (desktop and mobile).

I have an idea that the issue can be caused by the ‘content security policy’ setting.
The plugin works in other browsers except for Chrome with this setting activated.
Also https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/RecordRTC/5.6.1/RecordRTC.min.js script may affect the problem.

Also I have other tasks with this plugin, but this problem is the most important.
