Easy way, no. It would need some modification like the floatr button.
Either forking and editing the plugin, or hiding them and recreate them in the toolbr popup menu option
You could use my theme component as an example on how to add some options in this menu. Or I could edit the floatr component I created to add this button in the popup menu options and you can finish the job easily after that
