Forum è andato giù e la ricostruzione dà errore db:migrate

Ciao. Il nostro forum (https://forum.pardus.org.tr) è andato in crash e, quando ho accesso alla console e provo a ricostruirlo, ricevo l’errore:

Pups::ExecError: cd /var/www/discourse && su discourse -c 'bundle exec rake db:migrate' failed with return #<Process::Status: pid 606 exit 1>

Un altro errore presente nel log è:

rake aborted!
StandardError: Si è verificato un errore, questa e tutte le migrazioni successive sono state annullate:

ERROR:  sequenza di escape Unicode non supportata
DETAIL:  \u0000 non può essere convertito in testo.

Il log è di seguito. Ho disabilitato tutti i plugin, aggiornato il sistema, riavviato il sistema, ma nulla ha funzionato.
Dopo un rebuild non riuscito, l’app non si avvia, ma quando eseguo ./launcher start app si avvia. Quindi, il sito web mostra uno schermo vuoto con alcuni CSS personalizzati caricati in background:

Il sistema è Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS e stiamo utilizzando la versione Docker di Discourse.

Sembra che la migrazione si sia bloccata su un record esistente nel database. Hai provato

  • ./launcher enter app
  • rails c
  • Post.where("raw LIKE '%\u0000%'")

per verificare se ci sono post sul tuo sito con quella sequenza di escape Unicode? Non l’ho testato personalmente, quindi i risultati possono variare.

Abbiamo messo in funzione il forum, anche se in cima appare un banner con il messaggio: “A causa di un carico estremo, questo viene temporaneamente visualizzato a tutti come se fosse un utente disconnesso.” Pubblicherò i dettagli più tardi.

Sfortunatamente, il problema è ricomparso. Riesco ad avviare il sito con ./launcher start app dopo un aggiornamento e sembra funzionare a metà. Gli utenti non possono effettuare l’accesso utilizzando nome utente e password, ma solo tramite altri metodi di accesso. Inoltre, quando si tenta di visualizzare la scheda del profilo di un utente, questa non appare. Se qualcuno cerca di aprire la pagina di un utente o la propria pagina del profilo, riceve questo messaggio di errore con il titolo “Oops - Errore 500”:

Questa volta ho anche provato ad aggiornare tramite l’interfaccia web. Sono riuscito ad aggiornare altre cose (come docker manager e alcuni plugin ufficiali) e hanno avuto successo. Posso persino vedere il risultato dell’aggiornamento nei log di amministrazione.
