Full-page category editing breaks for Chinese sites

I can’t edit category.
How can I do now?

I can’t entry to edit category page because this page is wrong after I press the edit button.

Are you a moderator or an admin? Does directly visiting /c/slug/1234/edit work?

Edit: No, it doesn’t. The category edit dialog is specified entirely by the slug.
