Generated email about new release has a broken link

The Generated email that lets me know that there is a new release points the changelog to:

https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commits/master which gives a 404. Your primary branch is main, so should be fixed.

Also, github issues are disabled, is this where you track bugs?
