Advertencia Global Imagen pero añade una url

I have made a image for my global warning and converted it to hmtl and now is diaplayed at the top of the page ,but how do i add a link to that image so when some one in the forum click on the image it wil take them to the path.

You can surround the image with an anchor tag and put the url inside the href attribute.

For example:

<a href="https://enteryoururl.com">
   <img src="yourimage.png" alt="your image">
</a>

Hola, lamento molestarte, solo busco un poco de ayuda. He estado usando Global Warnings para imágenes, ya que las he convertido a formato HTML, y todo ha ido bien, pero ahora la imagen en PC se ve sobredimensionada y también en el móvil está sobredimensionada y se sale de la pantalla.
He usado el mismo conversor en línea de JPEG a HTML, pero ahora tengo un problema, me pregunto si algo ha cambiado en el sitio.
