Has there been a change to moderators being able to see staff action logs?

I have a moderator whose site was upgraded recently (44ff62aa123441c84056a697494c5379ffdde8e7) that says he can no longer see the staff action logs.

Has something changed about that?

That looks like the one from the /admin/users page if I’m not mistaken. There was a bug, but it has since been fixed: :tada:
