As you can see of the first forum when I press my own action logs it shows everything to do with me. However, on the other forum when you press action logs, it just shows the staff action log instead of the logs for that specific user.

you have previously clicked on the username. It added a filter in your first screen share.
Just click on the X next to the name and it removes the filter

No, on one forum (older version) action log correctly shows actions preformed on that user. However, on the forum that is on the newest version on Discourse action logs don’t show what has been preformed on the user but the whole staff actions which is the broken part.
