We’re looking for a Discourse developer to help us transform our existing, bare-bones site into a fully branded, interactive, and scalable community platform — launching this October at our global summit.
About Us
We’re building the Entirely Community — a central hub for 2800+ enterprise customer brands, 40 partners, and 400 employees across four leading Martech products (Censhare, Marmind, Facelift, and Elaine). Our goal: turn a basic forum into a dynamic destination for learning, support, ideation, and collaboration across the global marketing supply chain.
The Current State
We already have a Discourse instance live (private, ~30 users/month), used mostly for product updates and basic threads. It’s underpowered and underutilized. That’s where you come in.
What We Need
Custom theming (logo, colors, navigation) aligned to our new brand
Forum structure redesign (categories, groups, permissions, roles)
Integration of key plugins:
Discourse AI (GPT-style assistance)
Gamification (badges, leaderboards)
SSO (for customer, partner, and employee login)
Solved/Chat features
Optional: Webhooks to Microsoft Teams / CRM via Zapier or Make
Optional: Integration with HubSpot (menu or UI alignment)

Timeline

We’re a lean team, but we’re ready to pay for the right partner.

Deep experience with Discourse customization and plugins
Strong understanding of community UX
Knowledge of GDPR and best practices for secure, scalable forums
