I’ve noticed the upload field is visible for example here on avatar uploader:
But this is the case everywhere with upload forms.
It looks like maybe the hidden-upload-field style has been mistakenly removed here: UX: Improve image upload component (#31668) · discourse/discourse@6d92165 · GitHub
