We have a large political topic in our off-topic category. Our community is civilized, well-behaved and this topic is causing no issue (yet).
However, if I’d like to hide this topic from the visitors but not from registered users (or maybe TL0 users…), is there a feature to do this?
You can change permissions for categories, but not topics. Create a “off-topic/politics” subcategory that requires Trust level 0 to be able read/reply/create.
Thank you for the fast reply. The off-topic category is in my opinion a good way to show people that the community is friendly, cheerful, and open-minded. I’ll let things as they are
