If an admin on a multisite guest tries to view sidekiq stats (at /sidekiq) they get an error page and might have no idea why they can’t see something they think they ought to be able to:
By the law of surprise …
… sorry, the other one… we shouldn’t just error out here, we should at least give an indication of why this admin page doesn’t show for admins.
sidekiq view and control is only possible from the multisite host (the main site instance on this cluster)
