“Topic of the day” can be the topic which got most views, replies and likes in a day. A notification will be sent to all users about this topic, so everyone should check it out. It would be a nice way to grab the attention of those people who are part of the community but are not very active. If we send these types of interesting topics to all people then there’s a high probability that they will also interact. Moreover, the author of the post will also enjoy extra eyes on his topic.

That’s nice and I totally forgot about it. Is there an easy way to show this to all users instead of finding it specially? If you have any way to anything in mind by which this can be shown to everyone easily.

Yeah, it would be great to be able to reference each one of those individual Topics individually, e.g.:
https://meta.discourse.org/top/daily/1 (first one in list) which would redirect to the Topic but also provide a onebox preview.
