If your company page is WordPress, then check out Use Discourse as an identity provider (SSO, DiscourseConnect). If you have something else, then see Setup DiscourseConnect - Official Single-Sign-On for Discourse (sso) and you’ll need to see that your company site supports DiscourseConnect.
