How can I enable a directory of members? I’d like it to be searchable by a few criteria such as keyword, location, first name, last name, etc.

For reference, my site can be located at http://discuss.smalltoday.com

I believe there was a plugin for this at one point, maybe check the plugins category?

There is currently a “user directory” plugin with limited, but valuable functionality. See this thread:

Good news, the user directory feature ships in Discourse 1.3! And includes searching.
