Recently, the forum that I’m part of got an image deletion, and I have the files still. I’m trying to upload them, but it’s not working, because it uploads the same URL, which renders as deleted. So how do I change it?

How were they deleted? Can you say not about what happened and what you’re trying to do?
Yes files are named a hash of the contents. Usually this makes it possible to replace missing uploads in existing topics by uploading to a new one.

They were deleted in an image purge, because the forum had WAY too many old and useless images and they needed to free up space.
I’m trying to change the URL of my file that I’m trying to upload to the forum, but I can’t, so the image shows up as deleted and cannot be acessed.
