How do I change the URL of my Discourse community

Hello Everyone
I have a community on the open source version of Discourse and I want to change the URL for it.
Can anyone help me with the steps through which I can change the URL.

Currently, we are hosting the website on one domain and we want to change another domain. Is that possible using the above steps ?
