How do I delete staff action logs?

Right, and some organizations make all their staff admins by default, but if you take a look at their profiles very few are active.

It’s a bit of a distraction from the topic in hand though. The point is that admin access is usually overkill and that very few on a community truly need it. Moderator suffices for all of the user-facing stuff, while admins can make much wider-reaching changes. 20 admins is a lot to be dealing with.
