My closed community (community.____.com) is one piece of my website which has its own search. Is it possible to include site-wide results in the Discourse search results pages? Thank you.

As one way you can try Discourse Algolia plugin - Algolia https://www.algolia.com/ can be used to make a combined search that will mix your website and Discourse bases.
But it’s different from the default Discourse search and does have some related pricing + you will need to share your data with Algolia.
