For example, on LinkedIn there is a possibility to know who accessed my user profile. On Discourse, is there any way to find out who accessed my user profile?

If anyone knows of any information and can share and help here - I would be grateful for that.

At this point in time, no. There is no possibility to see this as it happens on LinkedIn, and at this time there are no plans to add said feature.
