How to change the order of 'Suggested' and 'Related'?

(Captioned by AI)] Allow site admins to swap the two columns around so Related comes first. Assume this is what you mean @matenauta Not sure if we will add a site setting for this, but an extensibility point that makes this easy to do sound very reasonable.
