I have 6 notifications of which keep increasing, but I cannot seem to dismiss these or take action on them, which means they just clog up my feed.
If anyone has any ideas on how I can get rid of these or if not, how to turn off this new review process I.
Someone said it has something to do with SSO, I don’t have single sign on in use in our instance.
I’ve heard this bug reported see here but I haven’t been able to reproduce it yet.
What you are seeing here is users who need to be reviewed even though they are deleted. Do you know how they were deleted? Did you do it?
I have created a workaround in the latest version of Discourse that allows you to “Reject” a user even if deleted to unclog the queue:

Still, I’d love to figure out the root cause because the users should be removed automatically when deleted.
