Is there a way to efficiently clone a group?

For large number of groups, it gets tedious pressing New and the re-applying all the settings. Error-prone too.

What if we need a large number of group, each one slightly different from each other? A clone feature will be great under these circumstances.

Of course, only reasonable settings should be cloned. Group members probably should not be cloned.

If you need to do stuff like this I would recommend using the API now, there is no permission clone feature built in atm.
