To make launching your new site easier, you are in bootstrap mode. All new users will be granted trust level 1 and have daily email digest updates enabled. This will be automatically turned off when total user count exceeds 50 users.

Yes, you can find the option to disable bootstrap mode in the Site settings: search for the bootstrap option with the filter box bootstrap mode min users and set the value to 0 to disable it.

Por padrão, está definido como 50 e encontrei essa configuração e mudei a minha para 30 (temos mais de 50 pessoas em nossos fóruns)… e a barra de aviso azul ainda estava lá.
Depois de mudar para 0 e salvar, recebi esta notificação:
Apenas quis postar isso caso alguém mais tenha tido um problema. Parece que leva até 24 horas para a faixa desaparecer.
