I have an general thematic forum and over time I want to bring parts of it (user base, and messages from certain sections) to another forum.
Sections “Cars” and “Trucks” forum about-all.com I want to put on the site about-cars.com

Is it possible to copy the entire user base? Or is it possible to use a common forum ( about-all.com) as an SSO provider for the new forum about-cars.com?
