I already searched for it but was not able to find a solution.

Request: I want the replies on our discourse like this:

But currently I’m not able to get that line connected to all replies.

How do I enable that?

You can’t. And people will be sad if you do because the replies that are expanded in your image will still appear below in their proper place in the post stream, and then people will complain that they are duplicated.

Discourse is designed for people to read all the posts.

I know that discourse can’t be like reddit.

What is your Discourse version? Do you have a custom theme?

Currently 3.5.0.beta1-dev is installed.

Do I need to enable it somewhere to get these lines when I expand a reply?

you need to deactivate this checkbox
