Where do we modify the content of this message?
The discobot message content can be changed by editing site texts in your admin interface. Just create a test user to see what the message currently looks like, then search for an excerpt to find the string to edit.
You may be better off using automation instead, along the lines of the screenshot below. Choose trust_level_0 as the group that is tracked, and your PM will be sent to your new members as they join.
