How to hide category from Homepage but not in parent category?

I use default categories muted for now. It can hide the specific category in Homepage. But it also hide in parent category.

If i want to see what’s in specific category. I need to click the the subcategory.

How can i only hide category in Homepage?

Homepage shows latest topic. And parent category also shows latest topic.
