How to increase the number of characters in the category name (length of the category name)

From a marketing and psychology perspective, we see that our community needs to increase the number of characters in the category name (length of the category name).

We checked on meta.discourse.org, but there is no answer to do this.

Long category names are important because they are personal, which is very important in the current era of content consumption.

I took a look and there’s indeed a limit on the character count for category names. I’ve never ran into it because it’s 50 characters - which is very high. I’m sure there’s a reason why you want to use that name but I would recommend using a shorter name. Long category names are important because they are personal, which is very important in the current era of content consumption.

Actully totally opposite. And then the solution would be review your policy. Plus such very long category names has tendency break ayout, plus those make navigation very difficult, specially in mobiles.
