How to make a header menu with submenus?

Hi ,
I have installed Custom Header Links and Header submenus.But I don’t know how to make a header menu - with submenus like this?Can anyone help me? Thanks.

You can set up submenus with this theme component. These two components do different things so you should choose one of the other, or fork one of them to modify it, or ask in marketplace
