One of our discourse instance is set up as a comment box for ghost. This causes topics to be created on discourse automatically in unlisted mode. When someone comments on ghost, the topic goes public on discourse but an automated action is displayed publicly:
I tried searching through settings but couldn’t find anything relevant on how to either disable these or hide these from public (particularly anons)
