How to reset theme Customization made in admin?

I have made some changes in /admin/customize/themes/2/common/header/edit
How can I reset?

Edit the theme and delete the code. There is a check box that will show you only the sections that have changes.

Also, it’s a good practice to put each change in a theme that you then include in the main theme. That way you can just turn it off.
