How to set up the administrator, the default categories to follow。New questions will be notified to the administrator

(I know it can be set in: Settings-User preferences)Ordinary users do not pay attention to categories by default

You can set which categories and tags a group automatically Watches/Tracks/etc from the group settings. For admins it would be /g/admins/manage/categories:
