¿Cómo se escribe un DM? ¿Solo es posible escribir DMs a los administradores o se puede usar como chat de usuario a usuario?

Hey Tim, Welcome to Meta.

you can only DM someone when you reach Trust Level 1.

When you click on their name, a popup will appear with a message button.

How to reach it, spend some time on the forum and then you reach it.

You can disable private messaging if you dont want DMs

or change the trust level that can send DMs
